    • Bathroom & Laundry: While every Ready Nest home comes with a functional bathroom, you have options to elevate it further. Upgrade to floor-to-ceiling tiling for a sleek look, or add safety features like additional grab bars (useful for elder-friendly designs). You could choose a rainfall showerhead, a glass shower screen instead of a curtain, or a vanity with more storage. In 30ft and 40ft models, we can include an internal laundry closet – complete with washer, dryer, and laundry tub – or even a second bathroom if the layout allows.
